Bank Fees
– Your bank may charge international processing or currency conversion fees, overdraft fees, or administrative banking fees.
– Some banks process gambling credit card transactions as a cash advance, which usually involves significant withdrawal fees.
– Because your card’s issuing bank sets these fees, MyBookie is not responsible and cannot reimburse you.
– Avoid bank fees completely by using Cryptocurrencies.

 How much are crypto fees?
For Bitcoin deposits of more than $20.00, MyBookie does not charge any fees. On deposits of less than $20, we require a $5.00 fee. Note: MyBookie will never provide a Wallet Address via a promotional e-mail or request your password or PIN via any type of e-mail.
 Why was my deposit declined?
If your card deposit was declined, follow the instructions on the decline screen. Common reasons include:

– Incorrect or mismatching information
– Card blocked for international transactions
– Insufficient funds
– Expired card

Other errors: initial-only first name, identical first/last names, incomplete billing address, outdated phone number, or empty gender field.
Check with your bank about adjusting daily withdrawal or online purchase limits.

Pro-tip: Consider Bitcoin—it’s the fastest and easiest way to transfer funds in and out of your MyBookie account.

How can I add a card?
You can add a new debit, credit, or pre-paid card by following the same steps you did when you made your first deposit:

– Login to your account, and click on the ‘Deposit Now’ button on the top right of our web page. Or visit the Cashier.
– Select the ‘Credit Card’ option in the ‘Select a Deposit Option’ menu.
– Choose your card of preference.
– Enter your additional card information.
– Complete your deposit.

These steps will add your new card and store it in your account. Alternatively, you may contact one of our Account Managers for help.

I have a duplicate charge. What can I do?
If you’re unsure about a charge reflected on your statement, please contact MyBookie by clicking ‘Contact Us’ in the top right-hand corner. Include:

– Amount of charge
– Date of charge
– Your name and MyBookie account number
– E-mail address associated with your account
– Phone number and a convenient time to call you back

Keep in mind, the descriptor on your credit card billing statement may vary from one transaction to the next. The transaction descriptor will appear on your bank statement and can be found in the automatic email we send after every deposit.

Can I use a card that belongs to someone else?
We do not allow card sharing, which is the use of the same credit card or bank account number to fund more than one account.

The name on the credit card you use to make deposits must be the same name registered to your MyBookie account.
We do not allow third-party credit card deposits. Any such deposits will be considered invalid, and winnings resulting from them will be voided.

What is the CVV? Where can I find it on my card?
The Card Verification Value (CVV) or Number (CVN) refers to the last 3 or 4 digits on the back of your card above the signature strip.

It adds an extra layer of security to your purchases. You must enter this number every time you make a card deposit on MyBookie. No card deposits will go through without it.
If your card does not have a CVV/CVN, please contact your bank and obtain a card with one.

Where can I find a receipt of my deposit?
We’ll send a receipt of your deposit to the email address on file, including:

– Transaction ID
– Amount
– Date & Time

For privacy, we’ll also send you an SMS with the exact name that will appear
