An error saying “connection lost” message on a desktop or laptop PC can be caused by a poor internet signal or an intermittent connection issue. If you receive this error, please check:
- Restart your computer
- Restart your computer and network devices connected (i.e., modem, router, access points), off and on again.
- Once your computer has restarted, and the network equipment is connected, please try to connect again to our games.
- Contact Support – If the connection error persists for a long time, contact Account Management.
