We are required to keep a detailed record of all the financial transactions that are done within our platform. You can at any time request that we remove your personal and financial information from our records. Just contact our Customer Service department directly or email us at support@busr.com with your request.
To remove a card from your profile:
- Tap on Cashier
- Scroll to “Manage Payment Methods”
- Locate the card that you wish to remove and click on the “Remove” button.
- Tap on “Confirm” and the credit card will be removed from your profile.
