Bitcoin Withdrawals Made Easy
Bitcoin is the easiest, cheapest, fastest, and most private way to get your BUSR winnings. To get your winnings paid to your Bitcoin wallet, follow these steps:
- Open your Bitcoin Wallet and copy your Bitcoin Address.
- Login to your BUSR account.
- Click on Cashier.
- Click the Payout tab.
- Select Bitcoin, enter the withdrawal amount and paste your Bitcoin wallet address.
- Click Withdraw.
- Choose SMS or PIN to receive a verification code or enter your PIN number.
- Click Confirm Withdrawal.
All Bank Wire payouts go through an internal review (1–2 days). Bitcoin payout requests are generally processed within 12–24 hours.
Your verification code expires 5 minutes after your request. You can generate up to 5 codes in 24 hours — enter it quickly.
If you are not receiving your Verification Code it may be blocked on your account. To reactivate SMS, please send your payout request along with your Bitcoin Address to payouts@busr.ag.
Cash App and Coinbase should never be used to receive your withdrawal directly. We suggest using wallets such as Exodus or Jaxx for initial receipt of funds.
👉 BUSR will never provide a wallet address via promotional email or request your password/PIN via email.

I did not receive the SMS code
→ If you are not receiving your verification code it may be blocked on your account. To reactivate SMS, send your payout request and Bitcoin address to payouts@busr.ag.
I have not received my BTC payout
→ If you haven’t received funds three business days after request, email payouts@busr.ag and include your wallet address. A payout representative will follow up.
