Error message: Connection lost

An error saying “connection lost” message on a desktop or laptop PC can be caused by a poor internet signal or an intermittent connection issue. If you receive this error, please check:

  1. Restart your computer
  2. Restart your computer and network devices connected (i.e., modem, router, access points), off and on again.
  3. Once your computer has restarted, and the network equipment is connected, please try to connect again to our games.
  4. Contact Support – If the connection error persists for a long time, contact Account Management.
